Cello® Riserva Line Offers Classic Italian Flavors

Arthur Schuman, Inc. has expanded its Italian-style offerings with the Cello® Riserva line, featuring cheeses made with Wisconsin milk at the company’s Lake Country Dairy facility.
Copper Kettle Parmesan is made in traditional copper kettles and aged for more than 20 months. Artisan Parmesan is aged for at least 12 months, developing a sweet, nutty flavor. Traditional Romano is gently immersed in sea salt brine and aged for six months. Made in small batches and aged for 10 months, Hand Crafted Asiago has buttery notes with a hint of tang.
