Westby Launches Organic Selections

Westby Cooperative Creamery has responded to increased demand for organic dairy products with a new line of Westby Brand Organic Cheeses. Available in Colby, Mild Cheddar, Aged Cheddar and Monterey Jack Pepper, the cheeses are Certified Organic by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA) and the United States Department of Agriculture.
Westby has been producing dairy products with its member-owners for more than 100 years, providing customers with a wide range of product options. Westby Organic Hard Cheeses are the latest result of the cooperative relationship.
